Q:  What custom items are available?

​

A:  LUX offers 2pc and 3pc vested suits, skirt suits, shorts suits, dresses/dress-suits, custom shirts, & sport coat or trouser separates as well as overcoats.

Q:  How long is the Power Suit design appointment? 

​

A:  Approximately 45 -60 minutes. If you know what color of fabric you want, that is the fastest, but there is no rush. I want you to love what you are designing.

Q: How long is production?

​

A:  Your gorgeous custom items will be ready in approximately 3-4 weeks.    If you are designing for a wedding, please allow 2-3 months prior for groom & party.

Q:  What if the fit isn't perfect at my fitting? 

​

A:  It is very normal to have the fit be perfect at the first fitting, but also very normal in custom suiting for there to be a preference tweak.  If  adjustments are requested,  it will be tailored to your preference within 2 weeks.  

 

 

Q:  How much is tailoring if needed?  

 

A: The majority of LUX suits do not need any tailoring, but your tailoring on your first suit is covered and for those who do remote tailoring the covered amount is approximately $50.

Q:  Do you ship or drop off the suits? 

​

A:  For first time suits I like to be there for the fitting to ensure everything looks amazing & will update measurements in your account if any tailoring adjustments are being made.  If you are remote & suit is shipped, it is easy to do a video fitting.

Q: Where is the Suit Design Consultation? 

​

A:  If you want to drive to me, I meet clients very close to the John Wayne Airport in Irvine/Newport Beach, California.  If you want to save yourself driving time, I offer travel to your office in So Cal locations with a travel fee.   I have also had great success doing photo & video design consultations remotely guiding you with your friend or family member through your measurements.

Q:  What if I cancel my appointment or forget to cancel within 24 hours? 

​

A:  When booking your initial appointment there is a $200 deposit that goes toward your custom purchase to help alleviate cancellations. I love what I do, & I give the respect of showing up when requested & ask that clientele give the same respect by being on time & keeping your appointment. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 3 days prior. Your deposit will be valid toward your order if new appointment is completed within two weeks of original appointment or deposit is forfeited.  I will send a confirmation email 24 hours prior as your reminder. LUX CUSTOM SUIT IS LOCATED IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA & SERVES CLIENTS NATIONWIDE WITH IN PERSON & REMOTE SUIT DESIGN.

Your Custom items are designed and produced for you.  If there are fit issues or otherwise, these will be addressed. There are no refunds for custom items.
